Jerusalem computers proudly hold the ACMT certification. That means two things: if your Mac is under warranty (or extended AppleCare plan), the coverage will continue after the service with us, and second, that you can trust our decisions: ACMT certified technicians have all the data regarding the repair as the Apple authorised service providers.

What’s special about working with us? Spinning wheel of death
Your Mac won’t boot, and stays stuck on the boot screen. This can happen for a variety of reasons, starting from a software problem to a hard disc failure. These can be diagnosed very quickly, and in most cases be solved within several hours.
Spill damage
Our favourite. Water, wine, tea, coffee – even an entire bottle of soy sauce. Heads up: If you just spilt something on your computer, DO NOT turn it on, do not plug it in, and if possible, remove the battery. And then call us ASAP, as time is of the essence.

Software setup of Macs to run both Windows and Mac OS.Bootcamp or Parallels, VMware and more. Our staff will help you figure out which one is best for you.
SSD drive upgrades
installation as a replacement of the optical drive on an iMac’s and MacBook Pro’s, or as the main Hard Drive. Solid State Drives will make your computer fly!
RAM upgrades
Boost your old Mac to the maximum: RAM upgrade is a must for the older Macs, and will make a huge difference in speed. Note that the new Macs aren’t RAM upgradeable, so make sure you chose your Mac wisely.
